And we really hate having to create a new account every time we wanted to smurf to play with our friends or if our mains aren't available *cough* - so we decided that no one should have to go through the tedious process of leveling to 30 in order to enjoy ranked every time they need a new account, and that idea is the reason behind our successful LoL Smurf Empire.
